Project Utsikten
Close to Storhogna Mountain Lodge and Spa is a planned area with 161 plots of land and 90 apartments as well as a commercial centre. The area is divided into five detailed development plans. All the plots have ski-in and ski-out access with an average size of 1000 m2. The area has public water and sewage. Development rights are generous and allow for two-generation accommodation and rental through SkiStar.
All of the relevant land area with plots, apartments and service centre are located right next to the lift systems in Storhogna and Klövsjö. Other destinations in Vemdalen, Vemdalsskalet and Björnrike are accessible via shuttles operating throughout the entire area.
Storhogna is located in the municipality of Berg in the county of Jämtland. Just 480 kilometres from Stockholm and with very good transport opportunities to various parts of the country. A new stretch of motorway north of Uppsala has considerably shortened travelling time by car from Stockholm. There are plenty of train and air services to Östersund, just an hour away.

Plan provisions: Maximum building area per plot is 180 sq.m. In addition to the main building, a complementary building may be erected.
The main building may include a maximum of 140 sq.m. and complementary building up to 60 sq.m. Not more than two dwellings per plot.
Buildings must be at least 4 metres from the plot boundary.
Lofts may not be furnished in semi-basement dwellings.
Semi-basements are to be arranged wherever necessary so that a good connection to the terrain is obtained. Complementary buildings may be constructed with a building height not exceeding 3.5 metres.
Roofs are to slope at least 25 and not more than 35 degrees.
Roof coverings shall be matt black or grey.
Façades should be erected in wood. Façades are to be painted in saturated, dull colours.
Buildings shall be designed with a link to Jämtland traditions with modified details.
The plot price includes a subscription fee for one (1) dwelling for the cooperatively owned mains water and for one (1) dwelling for the cooperatively owned drains. A connection charge for electricity to one (1) dwelling is also included in the price.
Admission fees for the road maintenance association and the association for refuse collection are included.
